The owners of the duplex apartment are a large family.

On the first level there is a kitchen, a living room and the eldest son’s room , which will become a guest room in the future . The bathroom and guest toilet are also located on the first floor.

The second level is a private space. There is a bedroom, a study, a children's room, a dressing room, a bathroom and a second bathroom unit.

The apartment layout suited in everything, the only thing that we did is increasing the living room due to the corridor.

We added a loggia to the kitchen where the dining area is well located. The big problem were crooked ceilings with a height of 2500 mm. Despite this fact we decided to make two-level ceilings with decorative lighting in the living room and kitchen.

The interior is modern, elegant and restrained.
